What services do we provide for special occasion tours?

Private transfer

A comfortable minibus will pick you up from the airport and take you directly to your hotel. You will not have to wait for other passengers to board the minibus or disembark at different hotel, like in a shuttle transfer. It is recommended for a more smooth and swift journey.

Deluxe hotel room

According to your preferences, it can be a cave room, which is a Cappadocia specialty, or a more traditional luxury hotel room. The feature can include a beautiful view, balcony, terrace, jacuzzi or even a swimming pool right in the room.

Romantic room service

If you would like to create a romantic atmosphere, you can book this option and we will arrange a bottle of wine together with fruits and a choice of traditional Turkish treats to be delivered to your room. A private breakfast can also be booked.

Floral arrangement/bouquet

Whether you want to pleasantly surprise your significant other or create a festive atmosphere for your family, a bouquet or a custom-made arrangement can be delivered to you hotel room or to a special location. For example, to a panoramic viewpoint at sunset.

Custom cakes or cupcakes

This is a great way to sweeten the day and make a loved one feel special. Custom cakes, cupcakes, cookies or confectionaries should be ordered well in advance to be delivered to you on time. If it’s a spur of the moment decision, we can always arrange a delicious cake from a reputable local patisserie.

Hair and makeup

These service also needs to be booked in advance, especially is more than one person from your group will need to have their hair/make-up done. We will arrange for a taxi to take you to the hairdresser’s and when you’re ready you it will take you back to your hotel, a restaurant or a photoshoot location.

Private hot air balloon flight

If you want to share this really special experience only with your significant other or loved ones, we can book a a private flight where you will only be accompanied by the pilot and, if you wish, our photographer. Please note that a private hot air balloon flight has to be booked well ahead of time.

Photography services

You can book a photoshoot for an early morning, where our photographer will take your pictures against the backdrops of hundreds of hot air balloons. You can have your pictures taken at your hotel’s terrace or in a valley. If you happen t be in Cappadocia at the time of the full moon and the weather is clear, you could have yourself a nocturnal photoshoot. It’s also possible to book full-day services where our photographer will accompany you during the whole day and take your pictures at every location you visit. Traditional Turkish garments are available for rent if you wish to add a bit of local flavour to your pictures.

Romantic or family picnic

It usually consists of local wine and traditional Turkish delicacies served in a peaceful, picturesque location. We can arrange it for the sunrise or sunset or during the day. Wine selection is, of course, agreed on beforehand. Snacks usually include pastrami, local cheeses, black and green olives, cherry tomatoes, dried fruits, and fresh strawberries. If you or your guests have any food allergies, please let us know in advance so we can accommodate for that.

Classic car rental

Cappadocian landscapes and a vintage car might seem like an unusual combination but they do look stunning together. Renting a classic car for a couple of hours or a whole day in Cappadocia will get an unusual experience and amazing pictures to mark a special occasion in your life.
